Occupational health and safety
We comply with the government regulations ensuring
comfort and safety at the workplace.
-
The company is interested in creating safe working conditions for employees at the level of state regulatory requirements.
-
The company is committed to providing comfortable and safe working conditions for the employees; therefore, we carry out a set of measures to identify harmful and hazardous factors at workplaces and work areas - a special assessment of working conditions (SAWC).
-
The main goal of the SAWC is to identify harmful or hazardous factors in the work process and the degree of their impact on employees. The procedure is regulated by Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 426-FZ dated December 28, 2013. “On the Special Assessment of Working Conditions” that defines the legal regulations and rules for conducting an expert examination.
-
The SAWC includes situation analysis, consistent and comprehensive measurements and calculations, as well as hazard identification. A comparison of actual indicators and government standards is provided to understand the magnitude of deviations. Based on the difference obtained, each workplace is assigned a hazard class: from optimal and acceptable to harmful and dangerous.
-
As a result of the SAWC carried out by the expert organization a conclusion was issued and states that no harmful and (or) hazardous production factors were identified at the Company’s workplaces. Based on the results of research and measurements, working conditions were found to be acceptable (class 2), this is confirmed by the Declaration of Conformity of Working Conditions with State Regulatory Labor Safety Requirements.
