For over 15 years, we have been successfully managing our portfolio of owned assets.

2010
The FERRO-ESTATE group of companies was founded for the purpose of selling commercial real estate properties.
2017
The group’s asset portfolio included industrial and agricultural land, as well as land for summer cottage construction.
2018
The group of companies entered the De luxe class resort real estate market with the REEF RESIDENCE project in Sochi (Krasnodar Territory).
2023
The investment portfolio of the group of companies was replenished with land assets in the town of Anapa (Krasnodar Territory).
